Samuel Navarro is truly an asset to this business. Our Express Truffle Meatballs were accidentally left out of our order, but Samuel realized what had happened even before we did, and, without us ever having to contact DoorDash or ask for help, personally came to our home to deliver them himself.
That level of customer service is incredibly rare. Samuel didn’t just correct a small mistake; he turned it into an experience that made us lifelong customers. He clearly cares about this restaurant as though it were his own, and that kind of pride, accountability, and genuine commitment to customers says so much about both him and the business.
We were so impressed by his kindness and professionalism, and now we can’t wait to come experience the restaurant in person. Samuel is exactly the kind of person every business hopes to have representing them! And the food is DELICIOUS!

The customer service was excellent! I had the Colossal Lump Crab Meat and the crab meat came was a healthy portion (yay), fresh, sweet, and delicious. That bit of cocktail sauce and lemon took it to heaven. Thank you for bringing me a bit of joy today, it was a rough one. I will definitely order it again. God bless.

Picked up dinner. All the food was hot and really well seasoned. My only issue was that we ordered the Moneybags with a side of capellini and there were no moneybags in the dish, it was a dish of capellini, mushrooms and peas. The flavor was great, which is why I didn't rate the entire meal poor. I have had the moneybags and know they are great.
Looking forward to ordering it again though.

The penne alla vodka was super spicy even though we selected no spice. Also the lobster in the bisque tasted off so we stopped eating it.
We LOVE Patrizias in Hauppauge. This location did not have the same great quality we've always experienced in Hauppauge.
