The ribs are juicy. The fries are great. The white pizza and the Meathead are fantastic!! Not too much dough, not too much cheese, etc. Perfect. Crispy on the bottom and edges. Very easy to eat the whole thing!

Normally the food is quite good at Monzas. However, we ordered dinner tonight and it was very disappointing. My chicken Alfredo was greasy, lacked much flavor and the chicken was so dry I couldn't even chew it. My husband had the chicken parm and his chicken as very dry as well and the cheese was burned and generally gross. Very unfortunate, we ended up throwing away most of it.

Very disappointed with their delivery. It's early on a Monday night and my dasher had to wait 15 extra minutes when he got to the store because the food wasn't ready. He got it to me in under 5 minutes and everything was stone cold. It's clear Monza undercooked everything and let it sit without communicating to the dasher.
The pizza dough was undercooked and the lasagna was cold in the middle. Definitely not worth the price.
The only reason I'm leaving a review is because it's not the first time this has happened. I've tried to give them many chances because delivery isn't an ideal assessment, but this is just pathetic.

The pizza and sandwiches are fantastic. Twice we got pie that was too hard to even cut. Accidents happen. We'll continue eating here :)
