new to the area and very glad I tried this place. I was very intimidated walking in there to order the first time no one assisted and had to figure out to utilize their touch screen display to order. their food is very good! I personally eat meat so I like to get there chicken and beef on white rice and it comes with unlimited toppings which is awesome! And their sauces are very good as well. The price point is awesome, you really get a satisfying amount of food. My husband is vegetarian so I really like their vegetarian meat selection. I also like their beverages, it can be a bit overwhelming but I like to stick with the basics like a strawberry matcha latte.

Everything from this place is always amazing and fresh. Genuinely refreshing. Their garlic sauce is super tasty with the spring rolls. And their drinks are very flavorful and rich

Moms who are on duty like I was- this place save the day. The Spring Rolls (3) are easy to hold while taking care of baby and the Osmanthus Oolong Tea was a perfect treat. The best part? The Onigiri おにぎり (Set of 3), another item that can be eaten one handed- my favorite being the salmon. The food arrived warm and the packaging is always full of love. Would order again!

Ordered the vermicelli noodle with grilled pork. The meat was tasty but on the dry side. The pineapple smoothie was yummy. I do have a few comments to improve:
- Only half of the small container for fish sauce was given. Not enough to coat all the vermicelli. So the dish ended up being too dry.
- Veggies were old and some were bad (see pic). None of the basils were edible. Some black pieces were seen in the mix. This is like a salad so I expected fresh veggies . And on a side note, spring mix has some veggies that have flavor and don't go well with this dish. Probably just lettuce is enough. It would also be easier to eat cucumber if they are cut into smaller pieces instead.
- The pork in my order comes in tiny pieces that is almost impossible to eat (they're smaller than a piece of peanut). It's like I was given left over or disintegrated meat. Small pieces like that are probably ok in spring rolls but not for vermicelli. I didn't expect to have more than half of the meat this tiny.
- I specifically requested utensils as I was not eating this at home. The ticket on the box also has the note yet none were provided. No napkins either. Luckily my coworker found me a fork. But I probably needed a spoon to scoop up all the meat.
Overall, it was okay. I had high expectations also because the place is specialized in vermicelli and spring rolls. Will try again next time and hope it'll be a better experience.
