Food was excellent. Burger cooked exactly as ordered and was big and juicy. The potato was nicely wrapped in foil with the toppings separate. Fresh and delicious meal as always from this excellent restaurant.

Excellent food again tonight. Everything prepared exactly as requested. Ponderosa is always open to small requests such as dressings on the side or a small amounts of extra sauce, etc. Orders are always correct and cooked just as requested. These things make Ponderosa our number one go to when getting takeout.

Small Portion of fries and chicken tenders, I would not order again because it was not worth the 20$. The chicken tenders were small pieces of refried frozen chicken, not fresh.

Second try on their late night menu. Slider buns burnt and bitter. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich absolutely 0/10. Fried to a crisp and dry, definitely not "Nashville Hot" flavor. Missing the sauce you can pick. And fries bitter. Not visibly burnt, but tasted it. A local and elevated late night menu is definitely needed in Bozeman. I'm sure it's hard to find cooks who care to work late night. Has potential, but both orders are lacking big time. Just my option based on two different orders.

I ordered the prime rib sandwich and was excited about the rave reviews. However I must have caught them on a bad night. The beef was great, but the bun was totally soggy, the greens were wilted and the French fries were so undercooked that they flopped over when picked up and were not browned at all.
