• 12/03/25best Beef Brisket (Sliced) EVER. Love the local businesses that have you opening containers of sides (Gourmet Mac & Cheese and 3 Beans Baked Beans ) and seeing them LOADED to the top. They really have the homemade taste💯

• 26/01/25The cornbread was good but not much bigger than a golf ball. The baked beans were the best I've ever had from a restaurant! I wasn't a fan of the broccoli salad. The Mac & cheese was excellent! And the brisket was really good too! I will be ordering more delicious food from Scratch!! Can't wait to try more items!!!

• 28/05/25Scratch BBQ has the best smoked Beef Brisket (Chopped) in Genesee County! It offers a delicious blend of spices in the smoked-to-perfection bark, is very tender and juicy, and has the perfect amount of the point mixed in for extra moisture in each bite. it doesn't even need BBQ sauce (but their sauce is delicious too)!
