4 stars because the powdered Garlic Mashed Potatoes came with the Organic Half Roasted Chicken when the photo shows brussels sprouts and because the Shelf-stable tuber dust didn
come with gravy.
The gravy takes the $8 reconstituted Factory-forged faux-tatoes and really makes them decadent.
Heads up, you don't need to order an extra side of the rehydrated starch paste called Garlic Mashed Potatoes with the Organic Half Roasted Chicken, even though the photo shows it coming with brussels sprouts it comes with powdered Garlic Mashed Potatoes and gravy.
this tuber dust pudding was a real hit.

first time ordering from here and was quite pleasedfor the most part. did have a special request that was honored, so that's aplus right away. The Croque Madame was delicious!!Potatoes Gratin aaso very good and larger portion than expected! they were very oily though which i didn't notice at first, but when they were warmed up later- lots of oil swimming around. take note. the French onion soup was my oonly issue. you have to bake it yourself, so that was not expected and should be stated in the description, because while th directions state 8minutes, youneed a preheated oven at 450 degrees and that takes my electric oven 15 minutes to each that temperature. also you have to have an oven safe bowl, which I also imagine not everyone has. don't order this soup if you're staying at a hotel or expect to eat it when your order arrives. overall, I would order it again, but would have my oven ready beforehand. see photos

Onion soup was delicious and generously cheesy.
Caesar was average, not worth the high price.
Croque Monsieur was very cheesy and substantial, but the excess Béchamel dulled the flavor, and it only had one thin slice of overcooked ham.
Chestnut crepe was very good and came with plenty of Chantilly cream.

The large Beef tartare was very small. Why make it the shape to receive the egg yolk but then no egg?
The French Fries with Aioli are not good and expensive

Pork chop was awesome--- perfectly grilled, delicious sauce. Mashed potatoes were very tasty, Brussels sprouts probably the best in town.
