The strawberry, creme brûlée and vanilla gelato flavors were all still raw in the center, we had to throw them away. 4/6 of the flavors we ordered.
The cannoli flavor was outstanding and the thinner 2 cookies surrounding the filling were great.

The cotton candy cookie didn't have the toppings on it, they were out of the strawberry lemonade and replaced it with a sugar cookie (which is totally fine to replace it with a different type, but the cookie was raw). The cookies were melted and pretty messy upon arrival.

yeah so this is the worst cookie I have ever had in my entire life they charged me $16.75 for three cookies miniature cookies and they were disgusting I will not be ordering from you again crumble count your days.

I ordered 5 Molten Lava Cakes through DoorDash, but the order was disappointing. The cakes are supposed to come with chocolate syrup, yet they only sent one small cup of syrup for all five cakes. That wasn’t nearly enough and made the desserts feel incomplete. When you’re paying for multiple desserts, you expect enough sauce for each one. I hope Crumbl pays more attention to order accuracy and portioning in the future.

normally I love these cookies so much but don't order them at the very end of the night especially the mini cookies. they are hard as rocks and have probably been sitting around for a while. live and learn
