My food was completely over cooked I am very much disappointed and normally I give good reviews but I'm sorry my shrimp was very tough, the corn was flat and hard the potatoes were unusually small as well I won't order here especially the price that I paid for the food

The food is piping hot & seasoned to perfection!
I feel like I just cheated on the other seafood restaurants that I have frequented. The gumbo taste authenticly made, the grilled chicken was juicy and well-flavored.
The only thing I hated is that the menu pictures (4) boudain balls; however, only 2 were delivered. They were delicious...I need more!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with LA Crawfish Shack. Just two days prior, I doordashed 3 lbs of crawfish, turkey nevks pota,and, saisage& shrimp & had some of the best crawfish I’ve had in a long time—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. That’s why I decided to order again. However, this time, the crawfish I received was either old or frozen. It was mushy, falling apart, and full of water. The taste was completely off, making it inedible.
To make matters worse, I also ordered turkey necks again, and they were completely missing from my order. I spent $100 expecting the same quality as my previous visit, only to be incredibly disappointed.
I called the restaurant to let them know what happened, not even asking for a refund—just bringing the issue to their attention. Instead of addressing my concerns, the woman on the phone dismissively told me, “Well, no one else has complained.” I was flabbergasted. As a frequent customer, I should be able to provide feedback without being dismissed.
I truly hope management takes this seriously because consistency and customer service matter. Unfortunately, after this experience, I’m hesitant to return.

Love this place! My favorite spot to get crawfish during the season. The house sauce is the best. I would just ask that the restaurant remove "extras" from being required and make it optional instead. Having to add butter as a requirement and pay for something I dont need is unfair.
