The Baby Back Ribs 1/2 Slab was good. I had to bring these back to the hotel so they weren't falling off the bone and the meat was a bit tougher than I usually like my ribs but given the circumstances that this was not eaten in the restaurant I believe this is the best result possible. I ordered this with sides of Brussels sprouts and mac and Cheese. The meal came with two mediums sized sides which makes this a pretty good bargain. The brussels sprouts were great. They had great char and covered in a slightly sweet glaze (maybe some Maple flavor but I'm not sure). The Mac and Cheese was good but not the richest in the world. Overall I think for the price this meal was great and I wouldnt hesitate to order again when I am in town.

This is the absolute best restaurant in West Point! The food is amazing! The Steak Sandwich was crispy, seasoned well, and loaded with fresh veggies. Fried Zucchini was crispy, and flavorful. The Side House Salad was fresh. The Chicken Alfredo was really good! we will order again.

worst Chicken Alfredo I have ever had. pasta was undercooked and the sauce was bland. for the price you would think you were going to get a good serving size but it was more like a child's plate. save your money and go else where for pasta because this place is not it.

One of the worst meals we’ve had in a long time. The filet was extremely tough and rubbery — so much so that it was not edible. The steak sandwich was advertised as a ribeye, but it tasted more like a frozen steak patty.
I also ordered a salad that was missing from our order, and unfortunately, no one is answering the phone so I can get the issue resolved.
This will be our last time ordering from Steak & Company. There are definitely much better options for food in West Point.

The meal was great!!! The steak and ribs BOTH were so full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Those collard greens were amazing as well. I'd buy this again. Loved it!!!
