They cook the best food ever but to order through DD runs the cost extremely high. No more delivery when I want El Pollo. Walk-in only. I cannot continue to pay almost $30 on 2 small orders.

Unsure why EPL doesn't use tamper-proof stickers on their items if they're going to be on Doordash ?? I feel like that should be mandatory, unless this particular EPL doesn't, or lazy / maybe forgetful workers.
In any case, I ordered Street Corn Loaded Quesadilla, which is delicious ! I love these, they are so flavorful and delicious. Also got a Original Pollo Bowl for later, which will be my first time trying. Aside from the lack of temper-proof stickers, the food itself was well-packaged, and that Street Corn Loaded Quesadilla was yummy as always. Sadly, they do not give you any salsa if you get a combo for some reason ?? The choice to even choose whether you want red or green was not present, so getting just tortilla chips w/ no dip was disappointing. A bit priced higher than if you took yourself to the store, but that's just business as usual with delivery apps.

The chicken is always good! But the chicken didn't seem fully cooked as well as the Mac and cheese . Super watery .

The tacos El carbon are seemingly unimportant and small . when delivered. Extremely small and a disappointment.. ordered a second time .. and the same small empty tacos, bummed

Weird ass order. No sauces or anything in this order, salsa and chips were all chips, no salsa. Shredded Chicken Crunchy Taco had no cheese, literally just meat and lettuce. Only thing proper was the Shredded Chicken Nachos , which are always a banger. Seems like places hate giving sauces. Reccommend going in person so you can make sure the order is properly done and to avoid the elevated prices.
