• 22/04/26The chicken tortilla soup had two tiny pieces of chicken as you seen in the picture not great. The chicken salad sandwich was really good like the taste was very fresh. The bread was fresh. The salad was absolutely wonderful and fresh.

• 23/04/25I don’t usually leave negative feedback, but this experience was truly astonishing and not in a good way. I ordered a full Greek salad with salmon (photos attached), only to receive a tiny handful of lettuce with no dressing, no salmon, and several missing ingredients.
Disappointing is an understatement. I attempted to call the restaurant immediately, assuming it was a mistake, but the phone just rang without an answer or voicemail. This was my second effort to give Newk’s a fair chance; my first dine‑in visit was underwhelming, and now this delivery letdown.
I hope Newk’s addresses these consistent service and quality issues. Until then, I’ll be looking elsewhere for my next salad.

• 06/03/26I have eaten the Pesto Chicken Sandwich many times. It's usually great. I could barely taste the Pesto today; there was so very little on there! Come on!! We pay a pretty penny to get your product on Door Dash; please do better.

• 05/03/26Paid for the chicken Grab & Go Newk's Chicken Salad Bulk Container and did not get it. This isn't the first time my order has not been complete and even though I sent the info I was never refunded or received the food that was missing.
