The niku udon is so delicious! The sauce is beefy and rich, buttery with braised beef, shiitake and fresh pea sprouts and good amount of noodles as well. And usually California roll doesn't use real crab but this one does and it's much better. Worth the price tag.

Fish wasn't fresh. Considering how expensive it is, the fish should be fresher. Also, the tuna Red Wave Rolls tuna is paper thin. Miku has changed....
