I ordered the chicken club with provolone cheese and it was delicious and I highly recommend that you try them out. The portion size was perfect and the taste was very favorable and the sandwich was fresh and hot.. I will definitely order again

First time trying and it was delicious! The Skinny Sandwich + Cup of Soup was great portions, honestly feels the same size as other restaurants regular. Potbelly Whole Pickle was also good but wish it wasn't sliced!

the Cubano with the BBQsauce was so good. like... wow. I haven't had potbelly's since I moved here from Chicago. and 10/10 will be getting it again.
also the price is pretty decent for the large size of the sandwich it filled me up.

For $15 I was expecting more than a 7 inch sandwich. As you're going through the order, they're saying napkins and spoons that you're going to get for your meal that never come with a meal. And for 4 1/2 dollars they sell you a 12 ounce bottle of IBC root beer.I really don't feel that the value was worth what I spent. The bread is more stale than it is toasted or anything.

In the sandwich shop landscape of spongy breads, Potbelly's bread stands out -- it's chewy and the crust is crackly good. The sandwich had a very good amount of filling, not skimpy and not overloaded. Don't miss out on the oatmeal choco chip cookies, they are delish!
