Every single item I ordered was incredible! The String beans were seasoned to perfection. The Yams were delicious with the crispy top. The Mac & Cheese was perfect. This isnt just another soul food restaurant, this is generations of true recipes!

Bad presentation. Food was ok, id give it a 3/5, wings weren't crispy, Mac and cheese needed more cheese, yams were too sweet. I would maybe order again if the prices come down a bit with hopes that it'd be better the second time. They gave BJ's Bottled Water which I thought was a bit crazy

The food was great. I had the sticky honey garlic wings. First off the wings were huge. When I tell you crunchy in every bite I mean EVERY BITE! Those fries mwah! Chefs kiss, tasted like McDonald's fries with Cajun seasoning. It was so much food I ended up sharing with my boyfriend and he loved it as well. Highly recommend trying this restaurant. The wait was a little long but that ensured guaranteed freshness for me. Definitely coming back for that Mac and those yams and some of that fish!!!

The BBQ Fried Chicken and Fish Bites were so fresh and flavorful. We loved our sides - kale/collards, string beans, mac and cheese and sweet potato bread. This is one of our favorite comfort food spots!

I just want to say a literal 10/10 experience. The customer service was refreshing especially since they were honest about waiting a little while longer since everything is being made fresh. The food was amazing. The custoner service was great. The Fried Shrimp Burger was fireeee with the Cajun fries. The big momma was another star of the show paired with Mac collards and fish. Lastly THAT BREAD .. wow
