I ordered hotcakes I received only 1 hotcake!!!!! I paid a lot of money for only 1 hotcake. Very disappointed

Didn't even receive the Frappe. They told the driver the machine is down. Didn't even offer a refund despite the fact I paid for it. Nor did they send any kind of substitute.
