Burgers are good, except i ordered a shareable fry for $9, and almost all of the fries were completely inedible being soggy and undercooked... also added bacon to my burger for $2 extra dollars which was not added, and is not refundable due to the fact its not a seperate item from the burger.

I had Charred burger and fries several times. This time, the french fries is half the usual - not even filled the box they used. The truffle alioli sauce I paid extra was not truffle and there did not have truffle flavor at all. Very disappointing.

JALAPENO POPPER Burger was delicious and onion rings were great but small portion size. Very disappointed with the drink size. Paid $4.50 for what was the equivalent of a canned soda.

Always order from here and never have any problems. Everything is perfect! Portions are very good, very fresh and I love the BONELESS WING
