The chicken shawarma plate is outstanding chicken is so moist and flavorful and the garlic is perfectly flavored. Fattouche salad is the best ive ever had. Loaded hummus loved and soup. The signature musakhan are the perfect app for entertaining or a meal. 5 star dining and service for carry out

I’ve never had better grape leaves or hummus—absolutely incredible. Everything at Pangea Global Kitchen is made with so much care, and you can truly taste the difference.
The shawarmas and falafels are outstanding, and the 7-layer dip is such a creative (and delicious) standout. I also spoil all my friends with the musakans—they’re always a huge hit!
Beyond the food, the family who runs this place is amazing—so warm and passionate about what they do.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully made food!

I loved the loaded hummus. Good flavor, nice portion size. The Musakhan was disappointing. I expected fa irm if not crispy outside but it was soft, almost soggy. Seemed like perhaps it had been made earlier and not reheated properly.

Fresh food. Good portions. Everything on the menu is one of a kind! Hummus like you've never had. I keep coming back for the Grape Leaves and the Mushroom soup. Don't skip the falafel bites!
