Chicken Tikka Masala tasted great. But it was a tiny portion. For $20 I would expect more than a small cup of rice and four pieces of chicken.

What happened to Heritage India? I’ve been eating here for more than a decade at various locations and ordered carry out tonight. I didn’t even recognize the food. It was improperly spiced - like it was over spiced yet somehow lacked any flavor. It was like the chef accidentally dropped a bag of ground cardamom into the matter paneer. The texture of the palak was grainy and the pilau was like “dirty rice” lacking the fluff and subtly of saffron. And it was not inexpensive which adds insult to injury. It was more like food from a dhaba than the high-quality food for which Heritage has been known. I’m so sad to write this and hope it is just an ‘off night’.

Delicious food but for the price the portions are a bit small. I got the Garlic Cilantro Naan and it only came with one piece, and the Chicken Tikka Masala was in a smaller container than I usually get - altogether these two items cost me $30+ for pickup.

Food was tasty but very expensive for them to only give you a super tiny container of rice per entree compared to every other indian restaurant
