• 07/08/26I got a Burrito Bowl and had to search for the rice and did not get any black beans. All of the toppings were sparse. The bowl wasn't even full. I also ordered Chips & Queso Blanco and literally only got 10-15 small chip fragments. The bag was like 1/8 full. The only thing I got enough of was the queso. I can't believe I paid more than $20 for this meal. I expect better quality from a restaurant that prides itself on customer service, but this was really bad.

• 11/09/26Bowl was 90% rice that was so over cooked, it became a solid. Skimpy meat and cheese. Missing queso and stale chips.

• 04/01/24The Burrito Bowl barely had any carne asada and I paid for double. The rice was hard and the veggies were charred. I got delivery through DoorDash because I am sick and dont have the energy to leave the house. I'll have to find a different lunch

• 21/03/24This location is awful! I've tried several times to order. Big clumps of hard rice and very little chicken in my bowl.
