Most food was good. But the Honey Walnut shrimp was soggy. Not cooked long enough for it to be anywhere near crispy. Nobody would eat it until it was refried in a skillet to finish cooking it. Absolutely the worst Honey Walnut shrimp I ever had.
Orange Chicken / 橙皮鸡 was good. Broccoli Beef was good also.
The Roast Duck was good but very boney ! They just cut up the duck without any deboning at all. I would give this eatery a 4.5 star rating.
The absolute best Chinese food in Fountain Valley is a place on Brookhurst and Ellis called "Fu Wing Low" !! They have been around for at least 30 years. This restaurant is the "Benchmark" to which I judge all Chinese food against. But they have no delivery service. You have to go pick up any ordered meals....... But it is the BEST !!!
We tried this place cause no one wanted to drive for a pick up. This Linglong eatery was rated 4.9 out of 5 stars.......but I disagree. We tried it. We won't order here again. I thought it was overly pricey !!

Orange Chicken normally served crispy. Bad choice to package it to-go in a plastic soup container sealed up so the entire order of chicken becomes a slop of sticky soggy chicken. Touted as a signature dish to be served in this capacity really broke my heart. Don't even want to eat it. I wouldn't order this to-go
