I couldn't wait to leave this review and I'm only 3 bites into my first Egg Sandwich from this place! I didn't even get to my other Bagel Sandwich yet but oh boy am I excited too!! FINDING A BAGEL SHOP THAT FOLLOWS INSTRUCTIONS AND IS DELISH = GOLD!!! I just moved to Shoreham and have been trying to find my 'go-to's' pizza, bagels etc and I think I've found my bagel go-to! Bc I'm sorry you do not give up a place like this! I'm so impressed and relieved, happy, I'm going through a range right now that's how turnt up this egg sandwich has me! LOL. But I also want to add that I empathize the 'follows instructions' bc I am that person who has a ton of alterations and add ons for ever piece of my order. I don't mean to be obnoxious but I'm picky about what goes into my body (heaven forbid) but a place that accommodates any direction given by the customer, is a place that gives a hoot! Nevermind throwing good quality ingredients into the mix OOOFAAA! I'm sold for life! Thank you for caring about your customers!! We much appreciate it!! Also adding they actually made my coffee right (lite and sweet is not easy to ace especially when you can't taste test) and.. AND.. THEY HAVE GOOD COFFEE!! THANK YOU GOD! Check out the pics I took bc the lox ratio on the one sandwich is freakin mind blowing! And they don't charge you through the nose for it too! Other places will only put a few tiny shreds on, then charge you an outrageous price. Things are expensive as it is so when you have a shop that gives back to the customer rather then try to cut cost and corners, it truly shows and the food here speaks for itself!

The eggs were not sunny and runny. Nore like over hard. They seem to think they arent allowed to serve eggs runny all they need is a disclaimer at bottom of menu like every other bagel store, deli and restaurant.
