Bagel was excellent lots of cream cheese (had a great flavor) Pastry was really tasty. Will order again.

 this place is a joke. We played over $10 for a bagel sandwich and this is how much bacon they gave us and then when we reported it, nothing was done. in addition, you wait forever to get your food whether you order delivery store pick up or even just go and order in store

I usually don't have problems with Einsteins, its one of my favorites. This store didn't send anything as ordered. The Baker’s Dozen & Shmear bagels were uncut, the cinnamon sugar were barely coated, and my toasted one was not toasted. I was missing the extra Shmear Tub. It felt very Lazy. Don't order from here, go into the store for better luck.

My muffin was wet and gooey the bagels were supposed to be cinnamon sugar toasted instead I got these raw plain bagel's that had cinnamon rubbed on them and not toasted. Seriously disappointed used to be my flavor bacheo place

The staff here NEVER change gloves between handling different items and you will taste garlic on EVERYTHING if there's an everything bagel in your order at all. They even do this for their baked goods. Good luck enjoying your muffin with a bunch of garlic on it. Cookies? Garlic flavored. Want a cinnamon bagel with some shmear? Better love how cinnamon tastes covered in GARLIC. Hope they figure out how to change their gloves so I can enjoy their sweets again whenever my husband wants a disgusting everything bagel. Until then, I guess he's the only one who gets what he wants here.
