• 2 days agoSouthwest chicken salad was just wilted lettuce from a bad, would be better without the raw white onions, also very small for the price. The smashed French onion burger was very very soggy and also way too expensive for the ten fries included. The mozzarella "fritters" for 14$ just cheese sticks a bit overcooked and nearly black. Very disappointing. Sad face.

• 05/06/26First time trying the Upper Room and it won't be the last. The Elote Shrimp Tacos were overflowing with delicious flavors and ingredients. I did not expect such a generous portion of shrimp but was delighted. The side serving of fries with nacho cheese arrived hot. The dip delivered the perfect heat level. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

• 01/05/26The French onion smash burger was SO good. I expected it to be very onionyane cheesy and intense, instead it basically perfectly married the ingredients to something more mellow. Best burger I've had in billings.
