First time I ordered from this place and I was impressed! Burger was very good ( only ate half) and the fries were like that from maybe a barbecue house so I enjoyed them too. Everything I asked for on the burger and they sent many durable napkins and ketsup packages witgout me asking . I hope they continue to be prepare as good in the future because my experience was very satisfactory!

I cannot imagine a Reuben with less meat on it even after paying $4 for extra meat. A regular one must be a single slice of meat. It was supposed to be a mix of pastrami and corned beef. No discernible corned beef. Very disappointing

This was my 1st time trying Jack's and I loved it! It was ready in a timely manner, customer service was quick & friendly at pick up, and the food itself was amazing! Definitely lives up to the NY deli standard. Seriously some of the best eggs I've had in my life! Hot, fresh, great portions and great prices. I'd definitely return!

As usual, my order was delicious! My Dasher was amazing and brought my food in an insulated bag. So my meal was hot. The sandwich is perfection and the fries SO good! I love ordering from this restaurant. I am NEVER disappointed!!

Baby whoever in that kitchen on Mondays at 2:45 made my Tuna Salad THICK! I eat here a few times a month and I exclusively order the tuna salad and this is the best one I've had! It's not always this meaty, but it's consistently tasty!
