I just wanted to leave another review showing their amazing food. We had a previous order that was missing the sides of gravy I had ordered. You have to have gravy with your hash brown sandwich of course. We were able to order another 3 gravy sides, but this order came with cash back from the restaurant for the previous missing sides of gravy. Thank you for refunding those for us because DoorDash wouldn't give us any refund. We will be continuing to eat here, both in person and delivery for as long as you guys remain open. Thank you for your amazing food and good customer service.

We had ordered for pick up but the bag was stapled shut when my husband picked it up. Our order was missing 3 sides of sausage gravy, which costs $13.47 on DoorDash. My husband had already driven 20 minutes home in our old car. We were unable to go back and get the gravy. We had to submit a whole new order for delivery of the 3 sides of sausage gravy, which costs almost $20 not including tip. This has been one of my favorite places to eat, but I'm extremely disappointed that this was missed. I'm also pregnant and need the sausage gravy or I would have take the loss.
