Today I ordered mutton biryani from New Sitara, and it was a very disappointing experience. The biryani was extremely dry and tasted like it had been cooked a couple of days earlier rather than fresh. On top of that, there were barely any mutton pieces—just two very small pieces, which was not at all worth the price. Overall, the quality and taste did not meet expectations. I wouldn’t recommend it based on this experience.

Been going here since they opened, best Indian food around! The normal Chicken Tikka Masala is amazing, naan is excellent, chicken vindaloo can get so spicy I can barely eat it, and it is GOOD. A+

Goat Fry Pulav was without any meaty pieces. Mostly bones.
Sitara Paneer Biryani was good with salan.
Chicken tikka was very dry and non flavored due to breast pieces. Thigh would have been better choice for the chef. May be best to go for buffet only. Ala carte was not impressive.
