• 18/04/22My order was done perfectly and they applied all of my special instructions (many other places I order from neglect to look at these comments). They made my food so fast and it was delicious! After working back to back 12 hour shifts, the little things mean so much! Thank you Los Mariachis, I'll definitely be ordering again very soon :)

• 08/07/26They only gave one small bag of chips with a large cheese sauce and salsa. Tortillas were hard and old and the fajita steak and chicken were bland in flavor.

• 13/02/25Meal was good and affordable! Needed more cheese on Arroz con Pollo. Chips and queso was great. I wish I had the option of having shrimp and chicken instead of just one or the other.

• 27/05/25No option to add/leave out toppings or sides, so I called the restaurant to attempt to tweak my order. Employee that answered was extremely rude, and told me I had to contact DoorDash, and leave "add-on" instructions with them. I was only calling to make sure chips and salsa were included (they're usually complimentary), because sometimes they get "left out" of delivery orders. I wanted an extra side of salsa, and to ask for BEAN only burritos (no beef), and NO sour cream on the taco salad. The guy at the restaurant wouldn't even listen to what I was asking, and kept interrupting me, telling me to contact DD for add-ons!!
I finally gave up & then messaged my dasher, who told me he couldn't really do that. and by then was already there to pick it up... then the employee was about to NOT give dasher my order! He told him that I had added another order, etc... ? That was NOT the case at all, and if he would've taken 2 minutes to hear what I said on the phone, there would've been no issue.
SO, as a result, my order was incorrect!!!
I got a taco salad with a big old heap of sour cream right on it, two BEEF burritos (nothing else on them at all). And two bags of chips, with ONE small condiment cup of salsa. Not to mention, the taco bowl was less than half filled. They are always filled to the top, if not overflowing.
I will NEVER order delivery through Los Mariachis again. If they'd have a section on their site to give any kind of intructions, or to add/remove toppings, this wouldn't happen. But, any time I've had this issue at any other restaurant, all I had to do was make a quick call with my request. NOT HERE!

• 05/05/22I'm not sure why this location (University Town Center) wasn't as good as the Los on Van Voorhis. The beef chimichanga was inedible, it was like the flavoring wasn't good. Something was off about the beef flavoring, it didn't taste like beef and I think it kind of tasted like nutmeg, cinnamon, or clove... one of those warm spices you'd expect to find in some Mexican dishes, but it didn't work. I threw it away. The chicken chimichanga was fine but everything was smothered in the white queso which gets kinda plastic like when it starts to cool. Even the bean and rice wasn't as good as the Van Voorhis location.
The fries were okay. Soggy because of the delivery, but the carne was good. The chicken was dry on the ranchero fries. Again, too much plastic queso blanco on this dish as well. I don't think we will eat the fries. I'll probably take the meat off and give it to my dogs because they aren't picky.
Tonight was not good. Will not be ordering from this location again. I'm not sure how to change locations in DoorDash. This was the only option available.
