Fresh beef, but a small portion, around 5oz. Definitely not a thick patty, just pretty standard. Ordered medium rare, arrived medium.
The beef itself was fresh but tasteless. No blend, no flavor. The pickled onions are unnecessary, especially when it already comes with pickles. Too much pickley flavor and it takes over the burger.
The crispy potatoes are basically fried potatoes, but at least the portion was decent. Bun was way too big for the patty which is a big no no. All in all a pretty mediocre California burger.
