Honestly, I've been to a lot of deli's and donut shops around Eureka, Fortuna and even as far as Ferndale. When I recently moved up to Arcata I wanted to look for some local businesses I could support and I have to say, Don's tops all of the other places I've been.
My favorites and recommendations are the Single Jelly Filled donuts and the Pizza Bagel. I get them almost every time.
Even when Ive gone in-person, the staff have been super friendly and understanding if I have any questions. Very casual and relaxing environment altogether and worth experiencing in-person yourself.

out of like 50 local merchants hands down the best One Topping Pizza . it's got that authentic generic standard Pizza that you wish every other place would just make when you're in a rush. donuts are bomb three chocolate something buttermilk bar and two sugars

I can't believe i've lived in humboldt county for so long without trying don's donuts and deli before. through my first experience on doordash, I can say with certainty that it is absolutely phenomenal. especially the sweet treats. my food arrived fresh, well packed, and delicious !! most of all the service was amazing. I asked for a condiment accommodation and they delivered. big thanks to the staff

Everything was absolutely delicious! Ordered the 14inch pizza and it was the same size as a dominos large. We finished most of it before I could get a picture lol! Doughnuts were puffy and tasted fresh. Dons pizza is has always been a go to for me after going out to the Arcata bars but it's just as good for family dinner!

Donuts were perfection, as always. Asian sub is soooo good - but super spicy so be careful lol They even wrote a cute little note on my sandwich wrapper - the details are everything. Don's never disappoints
