Good authentic Hiroshima okonomiyaki! I love adding ika (squid), it makes it even better. But the options when ordering are messed up so you can't substitute the pork for beef so keep that in mind

my fav is the goam. my dad used to make this but we thought he was just making up his own recipe until I found this restaurant. my father passed away 10 years ago but he's still proving us wrong lol. I feel a little closer to my dad everytime I eat here ❤️
