16 - Mushrooms, Herbs, Spinach & Cheese is one of my favorites. Tons of spinach and cheese melting . Very large servings can make two breakfasts from one entree. Side of Sausage is a little spicy and large links. Always fresh and flavorful.

Finally a breakfast that's like homemade and the ingredients inside the omelet. Not put on top. We really like this place. Real and huge piece of sourdough too. Lots of spinach and real cheddar cheese that's really good. I definitely recommend this place. Plus, the pricing is way more reasonable compared to other places.

5 - Sausage, Zucchini, Green Chiles & Cheese omelet was excellent. These omelets are cooked perfectly, generously proportioned and plenty of cheese. Would not order the Ground Sirloin Burger again as it was Well done and there is no option to indicate how you want the hamburger cooked.

Their food is always tasty, and they're always accommodating to simple requests when it comes to orders. Definitely the best place to get breakfast from!

I ordered the Cowboy Benedict that comes with a nice portion. The potatoes were tasty as were the poached eggs. Between the english muffin and the eggs were mushrooms and meat (my guess was bacon, or sausage crumbled...?)
But here is the thing OE, Im a foodie and its been 10 years since I have been in to see you.
Can you tell me why you use canned sliced mushrooms? This is SoCo!!! Go fresh!! Wth?! And dont skimp on quality of one ingredient it brings the whole dish down. Also those taters scream for chopped onion and Salt!!!! I live 3 blocks away so I be back at some point.
