I recently placed my first order with your establishment, and I was disappointed with the experience. I had ordered a small sancocho soup, but it was not available. Instead, I received a large chicken soup and was charged the price difference without being informed of the change beforehand.
It would have been more appropriate to notify me about the unavailability of my chosen item and offer an exchange for the same size or confirm any adjustments with me. Unfortunately, the food I received was not what I ordered, leaving me dissatisfied with the experience.
I wanted to share this feedback in hopes that future orders can be handled with better communication.
