• 11/10/25The bread was made right this time, not doughy, there was a nice amount of meat and veggies, there doesn't seem to be much lettuce that comes when we order, the cheese is usually sliced too thin, it would be nice to order oil and vinegar on the side, so the sandwich doesn't come soggy

• 11/06/26The sandwich had a nice amount of meat, and condiments, and a good portion of lettuce which was really nice, it would be nice to have the option to have oil and vinegar on the side when we order for delivery, the sauces make the bread soggy

• 04/09/25Since opening this place has been a sub above. I'm not sure what's happened over the past few months but they've completely changed the amount of meat on their sandwiches. I used to feel like there was too much, to be completely honest. Now, on multiple occasions, I've taken a bite and immediately after looked at the sandwich to see if there actually was any meat at all. Considering the extreme prices for these sandwiches, you'd think they'd keep up their standards. It always tastes good but lately it's been severely lacking. Nearly everytime the sub is completely drenched in vinegar and oil. Not the veggies but the actual bread itself. No one likes a soggy sandwich. I might not order here anymore. Which is sad. It's one of the best chain sandwich places, if not the best.

• 29/03/22they barely put a coating of tuna. I have experienced this before so I then ordered extra meat. I then received a solid inch if tuna. They aren't putting enough tuna when extra meat ISNT ordered and then putting too much in when extra is ordered..
