Shields is my favorite Detroit style pizza. Crispy edges and meaty cheese. The sauce is delicious. They have really good Ranch. I especially love the jalapeño Jalapeno Pepper Poppers - the cheddar inside makes them better than others.

we were sorely disappointed that we paid so much for the Super LG and there was barely any sauce or toppings on it. I think it would've been delicious if the pizza would have been made correctly.

The Grilled Chicken Sandwich was a bit bland compared to previous times I have had it. The aioli that comes with it even seems a bit watered down.

I wanted to try Detroit style pizza in Detroit. Buddies and Louis wasn't delivering but then I found Shields which I had not heard of. But it meet my expectations and beyond. Great taste, probably the better pizzas I've had in while. Everything the cheese, bread, sauce, the pepperonis where awesome.

Chicken Parmesan is my fave dish and this was pretty tasty! Would definitely order again! I took the photo after I had started smashing! Oh and it came with a delish and pillowy breadstick!
