the breading on the General Taos is light and crispy. not that heavy breading others do. Tried for the 1st time and I was very happy to have the New York style Chinese that I'm used to. very flavorful and large portions.

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Redding. I especially love the 15. General Chicken combination plate. So far I've enjoyed everything I've tried there. The food comes in pretty large portions too which is great. The combo plates could probably feed two people, especially if you throw in an extra side of rangoons, eggs rolls, or something like that. Very satisfied!

This is the best Egg Flower Soup in town!!! I've been going here for years and it's my favorite without a doubt. I would absolutely order again. You get a huge portion and it is always so fresh!

Literally everything was fresh & perfect! Crispiest egg rolls in town. Shrimp fried rice had plenty of big shrimp. Sweet & Sour pork is really tasty. I'd love it if all the chowmein dishes were offered the option of Honk Kong style noodles. We had combination chowmein with HK noodles. Soooo good!
