• 08/03/25Rolandos is one of our staples! The Lunch Quesadillas de Chivo and Pollo Lunch Pollo Bohemios are my very favorites. I love how unique the flavors are compared to the local tex -mex. And the black beans are not to be missed- I've been trying to recreate these at home for years.!

• 09/04/24The Don Quijote Burrito was 95 percent rice on the inside. It is large but waaaaaaay overpriced. I was excited to try it as a vegetarian option but would not buy again.

• 21/06/25Rolando's is one of the most under rated spots in Fay! Food is so fresh and flavorful, staff is super nice and fun, relaxed and culture centric vibes and drinks. Definitely a go to for group drinks, date night or reliable night in.
