Cheesecake Factory has done it again! Here I am on a wonderful vacation in Waikiki... I should probably try sometime local, and I have. But for my last night in Hawaii, I wanted to order something that I knew was going to be delicious. Well I must say, this was not delcious.... It was absolutely astounding in every human way possible. The Pasta Carbonara tasted like something straight out of Sicily. A flavor explosion of creamy, garlicy, juicy bacon goodness. The bread was trifecta, with extra butter as requested. And the only place that has ever done Fried Macaroni and Cheese right, is... you guessed it... Cheesecake Factory. I have yet to try my Coconut Cream Pie Cheesecake because I am simply too full, in quite the food coma if you will. But I have the utmost confidence that it will surpass my greatest expectations when the time is right. The Cheesecake Factory has never let me down... whether I eat it on the mainland or Hawaii, it always marvelous . Do not ever let anyone shame you for eating from a "chain" restaurant. This is not a chain, this is heaven.

LOVED! I received my lunch at 2:30 on a Monday. Everything was delicious! Renee's Fresh Turkey Sandwich Special sandwich (ordered without mayo) was excellent! The salad was cold and crisp. The soup was hot and delicious and came with tortilla chips and cheese to put on top. Thank you to the people who packed my lunch. It was packed with care! I could tell. Thank you. Delicious and great portion!

This luau salad was a masterpiece- the lettuce and veggies were fresh and colorful, the dressing was perfect and the wontons sent on the side were delicious. There was tons of fresh grilled chicken. I had enough salad leftover for an entire dinner the next night. Couldn't really ask for anything more, it was definitely a masterpiece.!

The Toasted Marshmallow S'mores Cheesecake is to die for. The portion is spot on as is the flavor! Using Hershey's Chocolate is the key to it's success and it's what will keep me coming back for more as often as necessary to keep myself happy! The Oreo Cookie Cheesecake is no slouch either. Oh hell,... all of their special cheesecake choices are The Bomb!! I Toasted Marshmallow S'mores Galore™ Cheesecake turned to take a picture for you but it was all gone before I had a chance.
