First time ordering from Five Guys because had always heard how expensive the food was. Actually their prices are right in line with other specialty burger places... The bacon burger and the Cajun fries were very tasty and big portions. Burger had two homemade patties (which was a surprise) and could add as many "extras" on burger at no extra cost. Glad I finally gave them a try.

Fries weren't cooked thoroughly, most were very soggy and half weren't seasoned.
Burger had a very small piece of bacon and everything I selected to add on it, was not added.
I've ordered from here multiple times and I've never had an issue until this order. Hoping they were just having an off day and hoping it will be improved and resolved.
