the food is always fresh and delicious, it's packed well and we are always happy when we get a&w

one of the drinks we ordered was only half full and none of it had spilled in the bag. Nothing was labelled to be able to differentiate between the different burgers.

They are normally great people to order from, and they ALWAYS follow instructions pretty darn well. This one time, they kept the driver waiting a fairly long time. Because I didn't order direct from this A&W, I didn't get a chance to hear why.
I'm not blaming the driver or DoorDash or even, particularly, this A&W. But this time, my order kind fell off the radar for a bit. I look forward to better service next time. These are good people.
