After living here for a year, coming from the Bay Area, this ramen was actually really decent and delicious. It's not a five, but a lot of places up here that do ramen a not at this level. Broth was rich albeit salty, which I didn't mind. Perfectly cooked noodles. Seasoned,and not too fatty pork, chasu. Most places up here are a three star at best. Most don't even fit the criteria for good ramen. But this place did it well. I'll order from here again. Glad I found this place.
Order the Red Miso Deluxe and the Black Garlic Deluxe. I bit pricey for what you get, but I'm pleasantly full from one bowl. Granted I wish I had gotten another piece of pork,more noodles and broth for that price. But I can't complain when the quality is better than other places I've tried.

My favorite restaurant in ALL of the Portland area. You won't find better ramen and chicken teriyaki than this! Super fresh and delicious, big portions. I don't even live in Oregon anymore but I make sure to visit fuddoyama every time I am in town!

Pretty disappointing for a $20 bowl of ramen.
Both portions were small, the broth was OK at best, the toppings seemed like an after thought. The chilli sauce was disappointing too, bland and little to no spice.

17 bucks for a tiny serving of ramen with a sliver of pork is a bit of a rip-off, and the other ramen was very.....black pepper (and nothing else)

The broth was pretty good not too salty and has a good flavor! Its not a big portion, its decent but still a bit on the small side. You do have to pay 2.50 for an egg, but the egg is also delicious. They do not give much pork belly if your order the pork belly in ramen. if you want more broth go for the deluxe, because the amount of soup for the regular is just enough for the bowl, but you won't really have any left over soup.
Good taste overall!
