We specialize in offering "Barbacoa", a very popular Mexican dish made from lamb. The original recipe actually comes from Texcoco, a city close to Mexico state.
Lamb Barbacoa is a real treat! Not widely available and here it is delicious and surprisingly affordable.

I ordered 2 carne asada fries, one with sour cream and cheese on the side, and one regular. I also ordered a jamaica and churros. The carne asada fries did not come with guac, the meat was dry, and the fries were even drier. The staff forgot to put the sour cream and cheese on the side for one of the carne asada fries as well. Dont order carne asada fries here. The Jamaica tasted great though.

This is a great comfort meal for cold weather. It's delicious and filling. The meat is always tender too! This is one of my favorite meals to order! The staff is also kind and friendly over the phone.

Some of the best Mexican food in Vista, in the same complex as Filiberto's so you know it has to be good. Try the tacos!

Barbacoa Burrito is always on point. Their green sauce is SO good. Love this place, always good quality and service.
