This will be the first and last time I order breakfast from Chick-fil-A! The Chicken, Egg & Cheese Biscuit Meal was a complete disappointment. The chicken was soggy, and the egg tasted old or was overcooked. The only thing that seemed fine was the cheese. To make matters worse, the biscuits in the Chick-n-Minis® Meal were undercooked. Thankfully, I was at least able to get my son to eat them.
I'm honestly disappointed because I've never had an issue with this Chick-fil-A before. With the limited quality dining options available in this county, this is one of the few places I can usually count on. I expected fresh, properly prepared food, especially from a restaurant with Chick-fil-A's reputation.
I understand that mistakes happen, but breakfast should not be this disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes sure customers receive the quality and freshness they pay for.

Cobb salad was good. The two cups of chicken noodle soup were so watered down ! My cup had almost nothing in it except watered down broth. Very disappointed

The Chick-fil-A® Deluxe Sandwich and the Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich with Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries® were good as always. The fries weren't as full as usual but were good nonetheless.

I think my salad was just thrown together. The strawberries were just big slices placed on the top, there were no apples in the salad at all. I buy one of these salads at least 3x a week, I've never been so disappointed like I have tonight. Especially when you're already paying above the store menu price, fees, and a tip, you would expect it to be correct. The store dropped the ball on this one.

Food got here very quickly and the driver, Wendy, was awesome! A little disappointed with the fruit Greek Yogurt Parfait. It only had 2 blueberries and 2 strawberry halves on it. There's usually a lot more.
