First time trying this place and ordering from here. Great food! The Tonkotsu Pork Ramen came packaged well - delicious and great portion! I shared w/my 2 year old and he loved it! Plenty of ramen to share w/a child. The noodles were cooked well and the broth was tasty! Also had the Salmon Avocado Roll which tasted great and fresh

The spider roll and negi hama roll were decent. The salmon skin roll, however, was awful. I don't know what they did to the salmon skin, but it was ground up into little bits and sprinkled into the roll. It had the texture of a streusel topping and the flavor of burnt fish skin. By far the absolute worst version of a salmon skin roll I've ever tasted, and I've had it at dozens of restaurants.

The broth is rich with flavor and the meat is also seasoned well - I got the regular spice level broth, and I think next time I'll get extra spicy. Definitely will be ordering again!
The gyoza were also crispy and the sauce that comes with is so good!!

I love how the container is separate where I don't have to worry about the soup leaking or the noodles getting soggy! it's my second time ordering and the ramen is super good. it's not too oily either, some ramen places are super oily!

both rolls are TINY in comparison to other restaurants that cost less. the flavor was okay, but not separating the wasabi and ginger from meal ruined a piece I would personally order else where for the simple rolls we got
