lettuce is bad. Chicken taste like trash. Then I only got 7 nuggets

Fries were burnt, there was a large fry and 2 medium fries ... all of them were so hard like a rock could barely chew them... We also had 3, 10 count nuggets- i requested sweet and sour and bbq and received no sauce at all.....

Usually this location is good and I have no complaints. Today, however, I have one complaint about my my iced macchiato I ordered. The cup is only half full and they didn't add the whipped cream I added on.
