I haven't had an issue so far. I would say my favorite soups in order has been the chicken pot pie, then Loaded Baked Potato, then the broccoli and cheese and garden. The mac and chili are also pretty good, especially together. I've only had their Italian so far, and their hot pepper giardiniera is amazing.
If you're trying to do custom notes, their printer is weird and will cut off sentences. You have to do a new line every few words.

I ordered Italian sandwich - it has 1 slice of salami, 1 slice of pepperoni, and 1 slice mortadela. I added tomatoes, and pickles. It was 1 slice of tomato, and 1 slice of pickle added. I don't think I've ever more sad looking Italian.

The sandwiches were horrible. Barely any meat and special requests for less seasoning were ignored. I've had Potbelly sandwiches before and they were good. These were not. The cookies, though, were great!

Food was pretty good. My only gripe, was the size of a sandwich. I ordered the "big" & it was more Iike a medium small. For the price, I assumed it would be a lot bigger than what it was.

Received broccoli cheddar soup instead of Mac and cheese even though the cup was labeled Mac and cheese. Otherwise sandwich was delicious and OREO® Cookie Shake was too!
