• 03/03/24Order was not complete. When I called and mentioned our order was missing a drink, they said oh it's here. No apologize or anything. When I went to pick it up, they didnt greet me or say anything. Just just handed me the drink. No words were exchanged. Extremely disappointed with their customer service. I have been a regular customer to this Coffee Bean for over 2 years and just recently there has been a significant decline in their customer service.
