We always enjoy Potbelly, but I get frustrated that the upcharge for avocado is more than the cost of one whole avocado and the amount of avocado on my sandwich is not even a quarter of a small avocado.

The turkey was not good, it's advertised as fresh sliced turkey breast but there were large chunks of turkey on my sandwich at least half an inch thick. I ended up picking it off because it looks over processed.

first order order got messed up, had to place another order. I spoke on the phone with the store, and they were very apologetic. They remade my original sandwich with my new order so i was still able to get both that i paid for. They even included some coupons for the inconvenience

I could not find the PB and J on the menu. I called the store and they helped me figure it out and were really helpful!
