Ramen may be "noodles in broth" but this isn't instant ramen. I've never been disappointed by the quality of the ingredients of Araki's ramen. 5 stars!

The Tiger Sugar Milk Tea with 50% sugar and plain bursting bubbles was delicious and just the right sweetness. The Chicken Karaage was tender and the sauce was delicious. The Avocado Roll was perfect and simple, and the California cream Roll was huge and the crispy outside was crunchy and the whole thing was delicious. They included a good amount of wasabi too.

Ramen broth was flavorful, but I ordered extra meat ($3.60 additional) and was only given two slices of pork. My son ordered the ramen 'as is' and received one piece of pork. It was surprising and dissappointing. I would definitely not recommend spending/wasting money on upgrades if you plan to order from this restaurant on DoorDash. Edamame had zero salt or flavor. The food was average at best, which is why I'm providing a 3 star rating.

Ramen didn't travel well. I only got half an egg and a tiny piece of pork. Delicious broth but not worth the money imo.
