For several months, I order at least once a week from Qdoba's "Create your own bowl." Yet, I was shocked after my last order. Possibly a bad day or a different chef.
My bowls are normally packed and fresh. The bowl did have all the selections I requested but was barely filled & had a soupy texture. The majority of the bowl looked like it was filled with sour cream.
Never expected to receive an order like this from Qdoba. Yet, I'll still continue to order, and hopefully, management will see the above and take a look at that evening.
Overall, they're normally the greatest with service, quality & quantity of all their dishes.

The bowl was full to overflowing! All the ingredients I requested was contained. The Chocolate Chunk cookie was moist and delicious! Excellent small dessert.

Called to asked about an allergy issue to check ingredients and they gave me a list with my food of all the things that contained the ingredient my wife had an allergy too. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING attention to detail on the food that was given. It was fresh and hot and we definitely will be ordering again and making sure we can get the right food so we can avoid any reactions.

Normally I enjoy Qdoba but the workers need to slow down and read the orders. You can see from the receipt ai requested Guacamole and two types of salsa. None of these items are in the bowl- see the picture. Very disappointed but the remaining ingredients were fresh. I had to add my own store bought guacamole salsa from the fridge.

The create your own quesadilla with chicken, fajita vegetables and added cheese was delicious! I paid for an extra guacamole, which was very good.
