Rita's is always on point but they were absolutely fantastic this time especially! They were out of a flavor, a gentleman from the store called to tell me they were out of it, ran down the list of flavors they had and was very kind! I appreciate the extra effort!

Water ice is good but they dont't include enough vanilla custard for the cost.
I order from the Kirkwood Highway location often and have called twice to ask for long spoons and straws to be included with order but it doesn't happen. Ridiculous! I will order from a different location in the future.

I ordered several blended ice drinks in cherry & lemon and also the jumbo soft pretzels with spicy mustard. The order arrived quickly and the combination of the sweet in the water ice & salty with the soft pretzels was fantastic. Would definitely order again.

Ordered black cherry quart, they were out so they called to ask me what I would like instead. I've had other places just cancel the whole order, so I appreciated that a lot! Water ice was tasty as always!
